In 2019, I had a vision. A vision to create a platform where Malawian music could thrive ā where local artists could finally reach audiences beyond their neighborhoods, and where music lovers could discover the incredible talent hidden across our nation.
I saw talented artists creating amazing music but struggling to get heard. I saw fans searching endlessly for Malawian songs on foreign platforms. I knew something had to change.
That's when Ah Shatter was born. What started as a small idea grew into Malawi's fastest-growing music platform. Today, we feature hundreds of songs across multiple genres ā from uplifting gospel and energetic afrobeat to soulful R&B and authentic traditional sounds.
